Biography

Iyunade Ojutalayo is a purpose-driven lawyer and policy professional working at the intersection of international law, ESG strategy, and small business development. With experience across Africa, the United States, and multilateral organisations, she brings cross-sector insight into how legal frameworks, sustainability strategies, and inclusive policy can shape more equitable and resilient economies.

She holds a Master of Laws from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the West of England. Her career spans development, energy, and finance, with roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, the World Bank, and leading policy institutions across Washington D.C. and Lagos. She is published in Georgetown Law Center's Next-Generation Approaches to Trade and Development
